SNAPER BUTTER LEMON SAUCE

SNAPER BUTTER LEMON SAUCE

INGREDIENTS :

 
- Fillet snapper  200 gr
- Marinade (a mixture of salt, paprika powder 1 : 1 )
- Butter ( 150 gr )
- Cut of red chili  ( 5 - 8
pieces )
- Leek ( cube )
- Chop of onion ( 20 gr )
- Fish gravy ( 1 tsp )
- Oyster sauce ( 4 tsp )
- Lemon juice ( 1 tsp )

method:

- coat fish fillets with lemon juice, let stand 15 minutes.
- then give the marinade ingredients until evenly distributed
- grilled on the grill until cooked

- make sauce:
       * Heat butter until melted, then enter your chopped onion
       * cook for a while and enter the red chili and Leek
       * add fish gravy and oyster sauce
       * and finally add the lemon juice


And the last......serve with vegetables and boilled potatoes...
